Integrated Digital Governance Architecture (IDGA) Research
A technology-neutral conceptual reference architecture for coordinated digital governance.
What it is
IDGA joins governance coordination, information and data governance, interoperability, reusable services, security and trust, and operations into one architecture. It is the subject of an MS thesis in Data Science at Monroe University (in progress).
What the thesis contains
Sixteen principles, a six-layer model, three sector profiles, a five-step method for adapting the architecture to national contexts, a qualitative comparison with Estonia, Singapore, Denmark and the United States, and a Bangladesh illustration. Against 80 requirements, 58 are rated satisfied and 22 partially satisfied in the analysis.
IDGA is conceptual research. It has not been empirically validated or deployed, and it does not claim government endorsement or country-specific policy reform.
